WE NEED TO M.E.E.T.: Managing for Respect in The Workplace

This program deals with The "respect" component of diversity - from The manager's perspective. It teaches managers, team leaders and supervisors to lead, coach and model respect in The workplace. There is a companion video to this title, called MEET for Zero Tolerance.

KEY POINTS:

• Identify The most common "respect" trouble spots/issues that employees often can not resolve on Their own.

• Avoid taking actions that can result in lawsuits.

• Support a "zero tolerance" policy and make it work effectively.

• Use The four steps in The M.E.E.T. model to resolve issues between employees, while promoting a "mutual respect" working environment.
